Project "Planète Propre" - Thanks to the donors!!

Thanks to a few donors, the NGO "Aide et Progrès" ( Assistance & Progress)  was able to buy sanitary supplies to assist the Team working on the project "Clean Planet" in the Dassa-Zoumé county. 

In Bénin, there isn't any country-wide Waste Management And Collection system to collect trash and garbage. Some regions do not have garabge trucks or garabge collectors, so in smaller counties, non-profit organization such as "Aide et Progrès" directed by M. Delphin try to organize the collection of waste. In order to do so, having the right supplies and tools is necessary: gloves, wheelbarrows, brooms, shovels, forks, rain coats......

These local actions help sanitize and clean smaller counties and educate the population about the benefits to collecting waste.
